what is cancer?
Cancer is out of control of cell division. How does the cell divide?Which gene that control the cell division?
Has anthying to control the cell division? and how do they work?
If the Inducer of cell division and the controller of cell division imbalance, what's happen?

balance of Proto-oncongene and Tumor supressor gene is normal cell division condition.if imbalance of proto-oncogene and tumor suppressor gene lead to cancer.
1.Proto-oncongene:is gene expression for normal cell division.
-DNA methylation:involves the addition of a methyl group to the 5 position of the cytosine pyrimidine ring or the number 6 nitrogen of the adenine purine ring (cytosine and adenine are two of the four bases of DNA).
-Ras: is a protein subfamily of small GTPases that are involved in cellular signal transduction.
2.Tumor suppressor gene:
-P6,P21: bind with Cdk's prevent binding of cyline binding.(binding of Cdk's and cyline lead to cell division)
-P53: repair mild cell demaged and induce apoptosis
-PRb(retinoblastoma protein): bind with TF prevent cell division.
